First I created a new file in Adobe illustrator.
Making sure it was 300 pixels per inch. With a high and wide of a least 20cm
using the ellipse tool + ctrl key I drew a circle in scale. 116mm x 116mm

made a new art board of 20cm by 20cm
then used the ellipse tool while holding the shift key to make a even circle.
I then changed its height a wide options at the top to 116mm x116mm
Then using the ellipse tool again I drew anew circle from the centre while
holding shift and alt. this circle was then created from centre of my original.
At the top once again I changed it size this time to 23mm x 23mm.
I then also made another circle using the same method as before but 5mm wider
that the original circle to make a printer bleeding edge.
These were then duplicated.
With the duplicated selected I right clicked and made them into guides.

Next for the background I used the rectangle tool and willed it using the
gradient option. The gradient going from black to grey, from top to bottom. I then moved this is to the back by right
clicking on it arrange-move to back.
Next I made three boxes with rounded edges from below the ellipse tool box, and
filled with a gradient going from white to black using the gradient handle to
move the end point of the gradient.
These where then arranged in minimalistic way, this was to help break up the
dark background.
I then loaded in the vector for Cloud Imperium Games that had cut out from the
background earlier.
And Placed, it on the top of the disk image.
The logos for Squadron 42, Star Citizen and DVD Rom logo were then loaded in to
the image these are originally white so I selected them and changed it colour
from white to black and made sure the boarder was left invisible.
These were then moved down to the grey area of the gradient back ground. To
make them stand out.
To make the curved text I used the clicked on the ellipse that I had near the
bleeding edge. Then by using the slice tool, I cut at both the left hand and
the right hand points.
now using the text tool I put the curser on the semi-circle when the icon
changed to a circle with the txt logo left click the mouse now the text was
being written along the path.
next I changed to font to hans solo again. I then dragged the lines at the end
of the text to get it to sit evenly along the path. I then dragged the text up
so it was written along the inside of the guild line.
